This policy explains the cookies, local storage, and third-party network requests used by the Cruise App, and why. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Our position on cookies
Cruise does not run analytics or advertising tools, and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use a small number of first-party local storage entries and two third-party Google services as part of normal App operation, both described below.
2. Local storage (first-party, functional only)
These are stored only in your browser and are never transmitted to a third party:

These are strictly necessary to the functioning of the App and don’t require consent under UK/EU cookie rules (PECR).
3. Third-party requests

The reCAPTCHA cookie is treated as strictly necessary under PECR because it exists solely to prevent automated abuse of phone sign-in, so it doesn’t require a consent banner. We disclose it here, and in our Privacy Policy’s processor table, for transparency.
We are evaluating self-hosting our fonts to remove the Google Fonts request entirely; if we do, this section will be updated.
4. Your choices
- Phone number sign-in is optional — you can sign in with Google, Facebook, or an email link instead, none of which load reCAPTCHA.
- You can clear
localStoragefor tunerscafe.com at any time from your browser’s site settings; this won’t delete your Cruise account or data, only these local preferences.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as the App’s third-party integrations change. We will update the “Last updated” date and version number at the top of this page when we do.
