This statement applies to the Cruise App at tunerscafe.com and its /app and /admin areas.

1. Our commitment

We want Cruise to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation. We’re working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the UK Equality Act 2010 and the EU’s European Accessibility Act.

We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit against that standard, so we’re not claiming full conformance today — this statement will be updated with specific conformance results once that audit is complete.

2. What we know needs work

As of this statement, known limitations include:

  • Some interactive controls have not been individually tested with screen readers.
  • Colour contrast has not been formally audited against WCAG AA thresholds across every screen.
  • Some flows (e.g. multi-step onboarding) have not been tested for full keyboard-only operation.

We’ll update this list as issues are identified and fixed, rather than leaving it static.

3. Feedback and contact

If you have difficulty using any part of Cruise because of a disability, or you want to report a specific accessibility problem, contact us at cruise@tuners.cafe. Please include the page or feature involved and, if possible, the assistive technology you’re using — it helps us reproduce and prioritise the issue.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 working days.

4. Enforcement

If you’re not happy with our response, in the UK you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). If you are accessing Cruise from the EU, you may have additional rights under your local implementation of the European Accessibility Act.

We will update this statement as we complete accessibility work, along with the “Last updated” date and version number at the top of this page.
